We've worked in El Salvador and throughout Central America to strengthen health sectors and address the HIV epidemic. In El Salvador, we have strengthened the supply chain to improve availability of essential medicines and worked with the Ministry of Public Health to implement a continuous quality improvement of care model in hospitals.

We partner with the government, NGOs, and civil society to improve the capacity of health providers to deliver high-quality, comprehensive HIV and AIDS care and treatment, especially for key populations at higher risk for contracting the virus.
