IntraHealth staff will take part in the 6th Annual Consortium of Universities for Global Health Conference. The event's theme, Mobilizing Research for Global Health, will bring together some of the leading researchers from around the world to address global health challenges. 

• Pape Gaye, IntraHealth's president and CEO, will speak during a panel presentation, Global Health Security, on March 27 from 11:30 am-1:00 pm.  
• Carol Cissé will present a poster, "Innovations in Improving Access to Contraceptives," on March 26 from 1:00-2:00 pm.  
• Marsha Hamilton will present a poster, "Evidence-Based Scale-Up of mSakhi Community Health Worker mHealth System in Uttar Pradesh, India," on March 26 from 1:00-2:00 pm. She will present another poster, "Using a Performance Improvement Approach to Improve Quality of Maternal and Neonatal Care in Namibia’s Kavango Region," on March 27 from 1:30-2:30 pm..

In addition, the Safeguarding Health in Conflict Coalition will present a special session, Protection of Health Workers in Conflict, on March 26 from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. IntraHealth is a coalition steering committee member and shares the secretariat. The session will address recent attacks on health workers, facilities, and patients during armed conflicts and situations of political instability.
