How can I find out what jobs are currently open?
Please visit our online Job Posting to search and apply to open positions via the online application system. If a position is no longer listed, it is no longer in active recruitment.
Why do I have to register to apply for a job?
Our online application system allows you to upload your resume or CV as well as information about yourself. This allows you to search and apply for multiple positions without having to repeat the application process each time.
How do I get a user name and password to access the online application system?
If you are following a link from an external website posting, please copy the link and paste it in the browser. If you still can’t access the page, visit our online Job Posting to find the job and apply.
Can I still apply to IntraHealth if I don’t have an email account?
Our online application system requires a valid email address in order to register your profile and we may use this email to communicate with you. You can sign-up for a free email account (such as Hotmail (link to www.hotmail.com) or Gmail (link to www.gmail.com)). Once you have established an email address you can follow the registration process to create a profile.
How can I ensure that I will receive emails from IntraHealth jobs?
Many Internet Service Providers and mail readers may designate an email from an unknown source as junk or spam email. In order to ensure that you receive emails from IntraHealth jobs about your application or other notifications, you may need to add the jobs@intrahealth.org email address to your list of contacts or “IntraHealth.org” to your accepted websites. If you have questions or need help, contact your Internet Service Provider or review the help files you’re your email reader/application.
Can I find out the salary range of a particular job?
It is IntraHealth’s policy not to include salary information in our job postings, but most postings include an assessment that asks each applicant’s desired salary range.
I don’t know which job to apply to. How do I schedule an informational interview?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications received, our HR department can’t always schedule informational interviews. If you have resources or personal networks that would allow you to connect directly with IntraHealth staff or alumni, we encourage you to make those connections. Alternatively, please don’t hesitate to apply to a position if you are interested. All applications are saved in our system and you may be contacted about future openings.
Do I need to submit an application for each position or new positions as they come available?
Yes. IntraHealth’s recruiting policy requires an application for each position you are interested in being considered for. In addition, there are position specific questions with each application that help our staff assess your skills against the position requirements.
What is the length of time a job will remain posted?
Per IntraHealth’s recruiting policy, each position will be posted for a minimum of 10 business days and will remain posted as long as it is in active recruitment. If a position is posted, applications are still be accepted and reviewed. If a position is no longer listed, it is no longer in active recruitment.
How can I find out if applications are still being accepted for a position?
Applications will be accepted for as long as the position is posted. If you no longer see a job opening on the Job Posting website, it is no longer in active recruitment.
How will I know about the status of my application?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications received by IntraHealth we aren’t able to provide personal feedback to every candidate who has applied. Our policy is to contact qualified individuals who will be considered for a position and every applicant will be sent an email if you are no longer being considered for a position.
