Dr. Eddie Mukooyo, the Assistant Commissioner of the Resource Center for the Uganda Ministry of Health and the Chair of the Uganda Health Workforce Advisory Board, was recently interviewed about the Human Resources for Health Global Resource Center, a service of the IntraHealth-led Capacity Project. He discusses the role of knowledge management in the Ministry of Health and some of the challenges of human resources for health in Uganda.
