This technical brief highlights the results of a USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) study to identify workplace segregation and the gender-related factors that contribute to that segregation in the supply chain workforce. GHSC- PSM supported the gender analysis by customizing IntraHealth International’s Gender Discrimination and Inequality Analysis Toolkit.
