HICDPro is a USAID-funded indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract (IDIQ) focused on identifying and addressing performance gaps in host country partner institutions. IntraHealth is part of a consortium led by IBI International, a small business. Other partners include DAI, Performance Design Partners, and RTI.
