Spend one minute with a nurse named Kenneth Magala, who tells us exactly what he likes most about his job at Mityana Hospital in rural central Uganda.

"I’m Magala, Kenneth, and I’m a health worker," he says. 

One of the patients that I helped was severely malnourished, with dermatitis, odema, and some general wounds around the body. 

"What I like most about my job is when I have treated someone and he’s in a good condition," Kenneth says.

"One of the patients that I helped was severely malnourished, with dermatitis, odema, and some general wounds around the body. In the management of that kind of malnutrition, I was with a group of other nurses who helped me in giving antibiotics while I’m giving the therapeutic foods. And the child got into a good condition."
