Spend one minute with Sister Betty Ondoru, a nurse who shares her love of serving clients and talks about a particular person she helped. Sister Betty works at Mityana Hospital in rural Mityana District, central Uganda.

"My name is Ondoru, Sister Betty Margaret. I’m a health worker," she says. "The thing I like most about my job is to serve my clients realistically."

"My best day as a health worker was when I resuscitated a patient and the patient got well. A particular client I worked on was severely anemic. After giving blood the client was okay," Sister Betty says.

What I would need to save more lives is to get all the necessary equipments and to have enough health workers to work as a team.

"My worst day was when I worked on a client and the client passed away. What I would need to improve [more] lives or to save [more] lives is to get all the necessary equipments and to have enough health workers to work as a team."
