This webinar focuses on institutionalizing gender equality into organizational culture, structure, and processes. It will equip participants with the knowledge to build more robust gender policies for making the concerns and experiences of women, men, and people with diverse gender identities an integral dimension of the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of policies and programs. In doing so, the webinar will offer the unique opportunity to engage with several local implementing partners in a conversation around best practices and lessons learned. Focus will be placed on the value that gender focal points can bring to organizations, as well as the eight minimum standards for gender integration.
