A pharmacist by background, Andrew obtained his pharmacy degree from Sydney University. Following those studies, he completed post-graduate certificates in adult education and a Ph.D. (from the University of Canberra) focusing on the capacity development of health supply chain cadres in low-income countries.
Andrew has experience in clinical, business, and academia, with extensive field experience from living in the Solomon Islands and working across numerous countries in Africa and Asia.
