Former Digital health technical advisor

Caitlin Loehr was a technical advisor for a variety of IntraHealth's digital health activities and components, with a focus on digital communication and eLearning. As the product manager for mHero, she led the implementation of mHero for COVID-19 response as well as overseen core software development and customizations for specific country implementations.

Caitlin has 10+ years of experience managing projects and activities in addition to her technical leadership, with much of her work concentrated in francophone West Africa. From the start of her career, she has practiced and prioritized user-centered design and participatory approaches to ensure that tools, messages, approaches, and activities address the evolving needs, desires, opportunities, and constraints of all who are involved with and impacted by projects and programs.

Caitlin has a master's degree in Information and Communication Technologies for International Development from Royal Holloway, University of London. She was a Fulbright Fellow in Senegal, researching community radio stations and their role in local development as well as the opportunities and challenges related to sustainability of the stations
