A multisource survey of facility-based maternal and neonatal mortality in the five southern regions of Namibia (Erongo, Hardap, //Karas, Khomas, and Omaheke) covering the time period from January 2010–June 2012 (two and a half years) was undertaken to complete a national picture for maternal and neonatal health.
